it's a great bad idéa to never sleep
there is an arabic proverb that says something like...
"good mind is in the good health"
(wish that i translated it correctly^^)
i've last long time during nights ...trying to practice things more and more often, spending long hours without sleeping enough was a great mistake
now, i'm suffering from troubles concerned the blood pressure
and all that i hope, is only to sleep once more, and to feel this good health that i did have...sniff

advice: never lose sleep ...please.
and never take coffe or things like that.

health is something really precious, take care of it!
