If I needed that kind of support to present a collection, I wouldn't present it. Don't deal with people you have that kind of questions about their character.

If the coins are in cases or coin envelopes then I'd give serious thought to numbering the envelopes with indelible ink. Never, EVER make a mark on the coins themselves. A good inventory, with photographs or even better video showing the coins, packaging, and numbering is a great idea before you submit the collection for their appraisal.
