Converting an Access 2000 app into VB

I have a question for those that might know something about this. I have a large application that is in Access 2000 that I need put into straight VB. The program in VB will then link to the tables that will then be in SQL. After searching the internet, I have found that there are tools you can buy to convert your Access code into VB but I was wondering from someone who might have had some experience in this what the best way to go about this is. There is a lot of code in my app along with several forms. This could take a while to convert by hand so I was hoping there would be some good software out there that someone could recommend that would convert this for me. Any suggestions?
