How do I union table 1 from database 1 and table 2 from database 2?

The syntax for reaching other databases isn't SQL-92 standard... Most of the database engines have slightly different syntaxes for reaching "outside" of the current database. Which database engine (DB2, Microsoft, Oracle, Sybase, etc) are you using?
