First read PL/SQL User's Guide and Reference.

Next, you might choose a few books from O'Reilly, for example Oracle PL/SQL Programming and Oracle PL/SQL Programming: A Developer's Workbook (both written by Steven Feuerstein).

When you're finished with all this, I guess you'll be able to find things that you're interested in by yourself. Or, come back and ask for more.

True, Dimis, there are several easy-to-follow links (8, as of today) that SHOULD lead to Oracle literature. However, 7 links of 8 are broken; the only one that works is Performance tuning which is advanced literature for Patuss (as he is new in PL/SQL programming).
