Replication error

When ever I try to synchronize in MS Access I recieve these 2 errors, MS SQL is not installed on the computer running sever 2000 but is on a seperate computer that is running 2000 pro. This worked before I arived as the new IT guy. Please help !!

This member of the replication set will expire in 6 days because it hasn't been
synchronized with another member of the replica set.

If the member is allowed to expire, it can no longer be synchronized with any
other member of the replica set.

Synchronize with another member as soon as possible. To synchronize, point to
Replication on the tools menu, and click Synchronize Now

=========

Microsoft Access can't start SQL dialogs.
An error occurred and this feature is no longer functioning properly

========

I also recieve this error when I try to create a new replica.

Any help is much desired
