Thumbs down Partition By clause in ANSI SQL

Hi ,

In Oracle we have PARTITION BY clause . Is this clause ANSI specific .
IF not is there any equivalent for this in ANSI standard (ANSI SQL) .

Yes, it is in the ISO/IEC SQL standard.

Whether Oracle implemented the standard semantics or deviated from it, is another question.
