recreating .frm file

Hello all,

I am somewhat new to SQL but am eager to learn,

the problem im having is this:

I am trying to recover a Microsoft SQL database. I have the .MYD and .MYI raw data files, however i do not have the .frm file required. I have heard it is possible to recreate this file if u have the .MYD and .MYI files? if someone could point me in the right direction or give me some details it would be much appreciated.

cheers.
