Initial Caps of a String value

Is there any function in Oracle, which would capatalize the initial letter of all words in a string or a fullname.

aruneesh salhotra ===> Aruneesh Salhotra

I would appreciate a prompt response on this.

use

select initcap('manfred peter') from dual
