xml explicit

Hello,
I have a little trouble with the xml explicit..
i have 3 tables and i want that the data will be shown is this way:

<data>
<table1>data from table1</table1>
<table2>data from table2</table2>
<table3>data from table3</table3>
</data>

anybody can help with it?
