HELP: Histogram

Good morning

I have a small table in MS Access (100000 rows) and would ike to make a histogram, where the Lbound and Hbounds are the min and max of a certain column: My questions are:

- what would be an efficient way to do this?
- would some somebody have the code to do this or could provide a reference

Really appreciate your help..
