Sql Help

WHERE exists (select JPNUM from MAXIMO.JOBLABOR where ((LABORHRS like '0')) and (JOBPLAN.JPNUM LIKE '%RJP%' ))

this runs gives me no errors but it does not take in to account the laborhrs like '0'

any ideas?
