Hi there,

My computer cashed the other day it would not start up, so I put windows back on again, but did not lose any other programs etc, But now when Iam on the net and come across a web page with rollovers as i put the mouse over the pic its just like the page loads from scatch again very bad for my eyes ( white flicking, the whole page) dose any body know what this is and how I can fix it !!
