Booting a CD

I have a small application I use for starting a CDROM - the application, just named booter.exe starts an html page named 'default.htm' when the CD is placed in the PC. I would like to get other applications to run FLASH or anything, really. Can anyone assist and point me at a site where these applications are available? Many thanks.
