Alternative solution for TOAD(debugger)
Presently we are looking at other alternatives for TOAD (debugger). We need basic IDE functions, SQL script execution, Offline SQL and PL/SQL syntax checking, some standard debugger features. Cost reduction is the main reason for this search. Any feedback is appreciated.
