is it possible to find out country name from ip address?
if yes then how?

I know how to make an educated guess, but there's no way to be absolutely certain... I can get about 30% likelyhood from pure IP, and almost 50% from traceroute (which is both more complicated and takes longer), but those are a long ways from certainty!
