Any free tools

Anyone knows if there is free tools for creation of ER dialgrams?
I know there is one called DBDesigner.

I love Zeos Database Designer.
It's quite basic -- which is one reason I like it so much.

It's "no longer supported", but it is open source, and available at SourceForge.net.
