Convert Clipper 5.2 App to Windows App

Hi! I have an app I developed many years ago, and would like to convert it to a Windows App. What´s the easiest way to do this? Is there a source code converter, or any language that will allow me to convert this app without having to re-write thw whlo thing? Any third party converters? Please advise.
