Hi there...my 1st thread...so here it goes!

I am about to start a project where i am to develop an online crm/helpdesk. This project is for uni!

To get good marks i need some research type of work to be included,not bog standard implementation.

However, i don't know where to start. I first thought maybe research into databases.........but its a massive field

Any help/suggestion/guidence?
