where to start?

hi guys,this is my first thread here.i have to do a database project for uni but i dont know oracle,so can i get it done on access?also which is better access or oracle.

Database performance

I guess better is always from the viewpoint of the questioner. If you have no money and require limited functionality and your database is small then you would choose something different than if you needed to run a large online realtime database.

Not really sure what you're after here...
