Talking Searching a "generic" query analyser

I'm searching a free powerful tool to work with most DB is possible (minimum MSDE, Oracle).

I need to make query, got easely a list of tables, sprocs, trigger, need easely to by able to edit the code in the sproc.

Any suggestion?
