How to reopen the port 443 (router firewall) for all my LAN computers

Hi

I am using safesquid proxy for my lan net connection.

the issue is that right now we are not able to take https protocol based sites such as mail etc.
I dont know how to reopen the port 443 inorder to access these sites.

please help me as this is a urgent one.
