Could someone please help me with two problems i have?

The first problem is i have scheduled a job to run daily which works fine
however instead of closing impromptu once it has run it opens a session everytime.(so if this runs for 1 week i end up with 5 sessions open on the PC)
I would like Impromptu to close after the schedular has run.

my second problem is I am trying to join two tables together however the add link is greyed out so i cannot do any join. please advise how i can activate the greyed out button
