Database modeler/documenter

Hi to all,

I would like to know if what are the programs that out there commercially that offer the creation of database schemas/diagrams/documentation/modeler.

As a beginner, I have been using only MS Access as my database documentation by going to its Tool Menu-> Analyze ->Documenter. The result is just enough for me that it gives an overview to the relationships and data types of the fields of each table in my database.

I would really like to know if modelers that can display the diagram as well as its table column together with their data types.

Thanks and god bless all.
