Sun Solaris 9 (in SMC - LIMOM_ERR_FAILED)- Very Urgent

Solaris Management Console - Scheduled Job is not coming to screen

at that time it is showing the error message...

I attached the screen shot

if any body give proper solution.. in advance thanks

error Msg: Verify LIMOM service is running
LIM_ERR_FAILED
