I know this is an access forum,,, but when someone does shift printscreen and past the screen shot into and outlook email, when i recieve the email, all i see is a red x, like when a web page loads and the image is missing, does anyone know how to fix that?

More than likely means that you don't have the right application(s) installed to view the picture or that the picture was taken out of the email due to security reasons which can be set by the administrator / network administrators.

The government does that on most of their systems which has made people have to put the image into a powerpoint slide or in a word document to be viewed by the other individuals.

They need to paste the image into a graphics package and save it, then attach the image to the e-mail to ensure the recipient can see it.

If that doesn't happen and the e-mail hops across a server that doesn't support inlaid images, the image will be stripped away.

The individuals may not have the correct software installed on their machines to view the pictures. They also may have issues, such as spyware, virus, or other registry entries in their machines that may be prohibiting them from seeing the files. I've had it happen to a few people at my work, then I look at their computer and see a bunch of crizzap on their machines that shouldn't be there.
