Thumbs up Need cheap/free start to large datawarehouse

Do you have any suggestions about a cheap/free data
warehouse system?
My needs in a database, datawarehouse system:

1. 1200 fields per record
2. 100K records per file
3. hundreds of files
4. need batch only export or extraction of data
for Access database, etc.
5. raw data is now about 3 GB, which means about
6GB of data now once it is in database/warehouse
from Access experiments
6. SQL etc. simple batch export ability.
Many thanks in advance.
