Hi - new to the forum so I hope you can help.

I have a new computer with Windows 7 os and am trying to install my Sage Instant Accounts v 12 onto it which I had before. I have the disc, serial numbers and activation key references, but it starts to load then stops. Sometimes coming up with the message "setup is configuring the ODBC" but nothing then happens.

It is a one user licence. Any ideas please or do I need to contact Sage?
