Unhappy Mirror is corrupt on Windows 2003

Hi All,

I have an HP DL 350 server with Windows 2003 server .
I have 2 disks mirrored using the RAID Built in ( Operating System ) , and 3 disks in RAID 5 using an SCSI Card ( Data ) .

the mirror is corrupted and i am not able to boot .
i tried to recover , try rebuild, it didn't work .
suspecting that one hard disk is faulty .

I need to replace the 2 mirrored hard disks with 2 new and install a fresh windows 2003 , but i am afraid about my DATA ...

will this new installation have a any impact on my RAID5 DATA ?
will i be able after installing windows 2003 to read my DATA disks ?

is there any document or procedure to follow ?

Thank you .
