Question IBM InfoSphere Data Architect.

Hello,
I'm new to this forum, but I have a question to ask:

Is it possible to use Infosphere Data Architect as a modelling tool for PostgreSQL? I'm interested in forward and reverse engineering option which Data Architect provides, but I haven't managed use it with PostgreSQL.
(I have already a licence for this tool)

Is there an application which provides such functionality and is distributed as a free version or open-source?

I would appreciate any help.
Regards, Mark

You can try PowerArchitect. It's not perfect but quite usable:

SQL Power - SQL Power Architect Data Modeling Tool

Carefully load your BVDs with a BFD and two or more HKs, shake gently and you should find an answer PDQ! I'd recommend IU to protect your BFD in case of UV(26).
