Problem in accessing mail thru Outlook

For the last few days i have not been able to access the mail reciepient due to some unknown reason All i get is this error msg 0x800cc0e. Could you help me diagnose the problem ..
FYI .. i have another mail configured in Outlook express and i am unable to gather messages in that as well. I use broadband at home and dialup at office.. either places i am not able to access messages

If you can't get mail from either Outlook or Outlook Express, you're in dire straights!

If you haven't change any configuration settings on either (POP Server? SMTP Server? Userid / Password?) then perhaps one of the underlying DLL's has gotten hosed.

Try uninstalling, then reinstalling either Outlook or OE. That will probably fix it.
