creation of graphics like lines, vectors etc in Visual BAsic

hi..
can anyone advise as to which is best method to incorporate graphics
in GUI that dynamically changes depending on the user input values.
like creation of vectors X,Y,Z, lines and these should change length and direction depending on input values.
thanks in advance..
