I have joined this forum in a desperate situation....hope someone will be able to help.

I want to maintain a database on my homepage...regarding some important stuff...where ppl could make entries themselves, through an online interface. Can any one please suggest if there is any website/portal that gives me this functionality....

I donot have a server of my own...so i think i will need to do this through some online website only...
