Need recommendation for a tool...

Hi,

I have a commerical application which is being developed agains MS SQL Server 2000 and Sybase SQL Anywhere.

I am looking for a development/data modeling tool which will allow developers to write and update stored procedures and triggers, and provide source control and versioning for same.

Anybody have any recommendations? Thanks.
