Cognos Powerplay

I have to create a report in powerplay which calculates sales growth between prev year and current year. However, the user wants a prompt that will allow to filter and display only growth values based on a conditions i.e. growth >= 10% or growth <= 5% etc.

Is it possible to provide prompts or filter conditions like this in powerplay 7.1 series
