Utilizacion del Oracle8i

Hola, tengo el siguiente problema:

Luego de instalar el Oracle8i en forma personalizada, al intentar levantar la BD me pide la contraceña de INTERNAL, despues de introducirla me dice que ocurrio un error y no se puede inciar la instancia del Oracle8i.

Cual puede ser el problema y como lo puedo solucionar?
