Unhappy Works 2000, Works Word, Office Suite

I AM HAVING A PROBLEM ACCESSING MY WORKS 2000 AND WORKS OFFICE SUITE 2000, SINCE THE CABLE COMPANY INSTALLED BROADBAND.
I HAVE WINDOWS XP HOME AND PROFESSIONAL ... HOW DO I REINSTALL ALL OF THE PROGRAMS? I WOULD LIKE TO RETRIEVE THE DATA THAT I LOST, ALSO.... PLEASE HELP!
