I am having a problem with a crystal report. I am trying to create a csv file. I have to use linked sub-reports to pull some of the information and pass it back to the main report. When I preview the report the information is there, however when I export the report the field in the csv is blank. I first tried just using the shared variable from the sub-report and that didn’t work. Next I tried using an “if” statement comparing the variable for known output and returning the information I need. Both times the information showed on the report when previewed but showed a blank when exported. I really don’t know what else I can do. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
