natural language message and virtual memory low HELP

hi
i have 2 questions
first of all i have a gateway w/ 40gbs and 256 ram

i keep getting Natural language error 91 or something and i dont no why
#2
i also havebeen getting a virtual memory low message. Now to my knowledge that would mean i need to buy more ram.... but i need more opinons so
please help
