ct_results() error

Hey guys,

I am running a MicroFocus Cobol program on a Win2K(SP4) OS connecting to a sybase 12.5.0.3 with ebf 11449 and i keep encountering a 'ct_results(): user api layer: external error: There are no rows affect..' error message when executing a stored procedure. I'm quite clueless on what the error message means and I would really appreciate any help I can get. Thanks in advance.
