SQL Anywhere Studio 9 Developer Edition
I am about to register to get a copy of the above from Sybase. The product above is now a free download, as I am aware.

From my reading, it is the RDBMS or database server marketed by Sybase. Apart from that, can someone tell me briefly what other tools or development functions it contains in the suggested download of 240 MB (for Windows)?

For example, can someone tell me if PowerBuilder is also part of the same download?

No, Power Builder is not part of iAnywhere product download. However, if you download Power Builder, it comes with ASA.

In addition to ASA you get Ultralite, MobiLink Server, SQL Remote etc... You should find a list on Sybase website.
