Upgrade 12.0 to 12.5

All,
Can some one tell me how to upgrade Sybase 12.0 to 12.5. I need steps and also if there are any technical changes between these two versions. These two databases are on two different Servers. Thanks in advance.

How can we transfer logins and passwords associated with server logins from Sybase 12.0 to 12.5

bcp out using a V12 format file and
then
bcp in using the v12 format file

edit the bcpout-file and remove sa, pub, users which are already in 12.5
