need help with frames

i have 2 frames my left frame is PHP and my right frame is HTML

here is my question.... if in my left frame a condition is satisfied my right frame will be forced to show for example www.yahoo.com

This can be done. You have to invoke a javascript when the condition is passed. Later you have to change the location of the right frame page when the condition is passed. You can call the right frame with the name that you have given in the main frame.
eg: window.object..location.url="";
