I got error message
Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e14'
Syntax error in DELETE statement.

you should Change your SQL Statement to

DELETE BA
FROM (SELECT TOP 3 * FROM BA ORDER BY id ASC) as T1
WHERE ba.id = T1.id
