schema for quiz database system

hi guys, i am a newbie so sorry if this is a stupid question!!
I need to create a database schema/diagram for a php assignment that incorperates the following criteria...

-user logs in, ie: a user table
- user can attemp one of many quizzes, thus producing a number of results...
- user has extra privileges on a quiz that he is the top scorer on
- quiz has only one master (top scorer)
- there is a large number of quizzes

all i need is the actual database setup, as i am pretty good with php, so any help will be much appreciated!!!
