Having looping problems in my shell script to copy directories??

Please someone help!!! I'm trying to write a script to copy a list of directories with contents to a different directory and I've used several options, cating a file with the list of files, using a range for the loop. Any suggestions??

You could try the recursive option (if available):

cp -r from_name to_name
