ERD for Calls Database

Hi all,
Im trying to come up with an ERD for a calls db.

The scenerio goes something like this.

Reps make calls to members. No rep is assigned to a member. Basically if the name shows up on the list you make the call.

Reps make the calls in order to to gather additional member information.
Each call a rep makes should be logged with call date & Time and call outcome (no answer, fax#, etc).

Are you doing this for work, as a study assignment or for fun?

You'd get more out of the class if you did your own homework.
