I have a database of url s, i need to make it clickable, or make a button with a script to open those url s on the web.
I dont want my clients to spend some time figuring out they can right click on it to open it.

Go into layout mode, hit ctrl (or option on mac) + M -> choose your URL field.

Stretch to liking, Right click the merge field and select Button Setup... -> choose open URL as your script step, tick the perform without dialog checkbox and finally click Specify and choose your URL field.

I have another question:
How i get rid of duplicate records, without erasing all of the dups records from that record.
Keeping one record only

Ex: there is 5 James Cooper with the same address, how do i keep only one ?

I have an existing DB that needs to be repopulated with new product and pricing information for next FY.

Unfortunately when FY is changed all existing products disappear and so I cannot keep and edit any of them. They all need to be re-entered from scratch.
Can anyone help?
