What is the command to get the runnable(.4gi) file ?

Hi All,
We can compile the 4gl program using the following command.
fglpc <filename.4gl>
then we will get filename.4go . If we need to get runnable version (filename.4gi) then what command we need to use ?
So far I am using r4gl tool to get the runnable version. but I need a command to get the runnable version. If anyone knows please share it with me.
