Newbie wannabee

Hello. I'm a former pc tech providing user hardware support with some w2k/NT4/98/95 software support.

I keep running into small business that want to set up an online presence with shopping cart software and what ever else is necessary, as well as have the same guy or group of people deal with in house networking and user support.

I've been doing something unrelated for 4 years, and wonder what the best way is to help these people and either learn the appropriate skills or supervise someone who already has them.
